Starting with a one hour ‘discovery’ call or local meeting, we can work through any concerns you may have with sites built using WordPress, Wix and Squarespace. This can be followed up with a Support plan if needed.
Small business website assistance: Discovery session
Creating your own website with a DIY site builder like Wix, SquareSpace or WordPress is great when starting out in business, but fast forward a year or two and despite the best of intentions it’s now looking a little…. unloved.
Our local clients can arrange to meet in a cafe for a 1 hour ‘discovery’ session. This is perfect to look at content changes or discuss solutions for existing WordPress, Wix and Squarespace sites. Alternatively this can be arranged as a Zoom/Google meet call.
Do you really want to spend time re-learning / remembering how to swap images over, or updating your services page? You’re busy focusing on running and growing your business now, and that Instagram reel won’t publish itself.

How does it work?
Get in contact to request a pre-paid one hour “discovery / fix it up” session for £40.
We’ll look over your site to see how it was built and discuss what tweaks are on your to-do list.
Make sure you have your site’s login and any new written content / images to hand, as smaller tasks can be sorted during this session.
For additional help after your initial discovery session, we currently offer two options to either join a monthly support plan or buy a block of time to use over the year.
Monthly Support plan
From £40 per monthFor on-going work we can offer a monthly subscription of £40 for one hour of support. This is handy for frequent minor edits like changing images or adding promotions. It also works for queries or advice on the best way to implement changes.
Per Month
Prepay in blocks
£45 for 1 hour or £130 for 3 hoursAs monthly payments might not suit everyone or alterations may be less predictable, be in total control and pre-pay for a set amount of hours. Use as much as you need, whenever you need it. Go for months with no changes it’s all up to you.
