We use 20i as our hosting platform. Their dedicated team maintain the platform 24/7 and provide a reliable and secure service.
Our standard email accounts are 10GB which is enough for several thousand emails and attachments to be stored. Premium mail boxes have an increased size, giving 50GB of storage and support contact and calendar sync.
Yes we can, the co.uk and .com are our most popular and prices start from just £10 per year.
We accept bank transfer by standing order for fixed price services like our monthly hosting and website builds. We can accept credit card payment via Stripe subject to a 3% processing and admin charge for one off payments.
If you chose a monthly instalment plan or pay per year, the remaining balance would still be due as per the terms and conditions on your service agreement. To ensure we can continue to run and support our own business, we may ask new clients to pay a few months upfront.
If no payment is received, we will in the first instance send a reminder. If we do not hear from you, we may have to turn off the site until payment is received. Please contact us if you are struggling so we can discuss options with you. Advance warning is always best, if you know a month will be difficult, we can try to work with you.
Yes, there are times when we will ask new clients to pay a few months upfront to cover some of our costs. This will count towards the minimum term on your service agreement.
